Deep within the ruins of an abandoned facility, the SCP Foundation discovers an ordinary-looking black stone marked with an ancient rune. For months, it shows no signs of being anomalous—until a single phrase awakens it.

When the Foundation attempts to study SCP-1455, a doorway to somewhere beyond their world opens. What begins as a controlled experiment quickly becomes a catastrophic containment breach as something comes through the other side.

Dr. Elias Hayes and Dr. Rebecca Morrow are forced to fight their way through a facility that is no longer obeying the laws of space—or reality. Corridors lead somewhere they shouldn't. Stairwells loop endlessly. Creatures wearing the remnants of Foundation uniforms and Civilion Clothing hunt through the darkness.

And something is watching them.

As the survivors uncover more about SCP-1455, they begin to realize that the stone may not simply open portals to other worlds.

It may be opening Something else completely.

And whatever it opened it something was waiting and learning.
